Cancellation Policy

Return/refund/cancellation policies: Wilder Way Counselling kindly asks clients to give one weeks notice if they wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If less than 48 hours notice is given, clients are charged 50%. If a client no shows more than 3x in six months or twice consecutively treatment will be terminated or renegotiated, and no refund will be given. If a client has purchased a multi session package it is nonrefundable except in cases of a true emergency in which case 50% of the prorated price of sessions left in the package may be refunded, however, clients may reschedule sessions from a package with one weeks notice at no charge.
