To respect everyone’s time and energy, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancels/no-shows are charged the full fee. For groups, refunds are full up to 48 hours before start (minus $50 admin fee); prorated after. Emergencies waived with notice, contact me if you need flexibility, and we’ll work it out compassionately.
