Return/refund/cancellation policies: Wilder Way Counselling kindly asks clients to give 48 hours notice. If less than 24 hours notice is given, clients will be charged for the session. If a client no shows more than 3x in six months or twice consecutively treatment may be terminated or renegotiated, and no refund will be given. If a client has purchased a multi session package it is nonrefundable except in cases of a true emergency in which case 50% of the prorated price of sessions left in the package may be refunded, however, clients may reschedule sessions from a package at no charge as long as 24 hours or more notice is given.
